


Intentionality Mental Reconditioning Journal
The purpose of this workbook is to assist individuals with improving self-awareness and charting a pathway to self-correcting maladaptive behavior while reconditioning restrictive thoughts and unproductive habits. To become intentional about accomplishing a goal, one must first know and understand his/her competencies, perceptions and limitations (Self-Awareness). Secondly, one must determine his/her desire with respect to said goal. If there are limitations impeding the acquisition of a goal, one must (Self-Correct).
