It’s all about you! We customize all of our plans to suit our clients’ needs. The “one size fits all” statement should never apply to your life! Each moment we are scheduled to meet, will be highly customized. After clearly identifying your pain points and desires, we will start creating your own personalized plan (with actionable items) to help you reach your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have NO time to lose! Honestly, you already have what it takes. We’re just here to partner with you!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you provide services for other industries besides IT?
Yes, because most of the content and the methods used in this program aren’t industry specific. However, having an expertise in IT provides the benefit of offering additional insight into the industry.
What are your hours?
Our mentors and coaches are committed to assisting those who need us most. We understand that some of you are currently working a 9 to 5, looking for a career change, or are currently in a degree program that somewhat consumes your day. With that being said, we will do our best to accommodate virtual session hours on a first come first served basis with the hours of 7am to 7pm EST. In person sessions are only held in our home office location in Waldorf, MD, Monday – Thursday 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Is in-person coaching available?
Yes! We understand in-person coaching is sometimes necessary to receive the guidance you desire. However, this option is available under a different fee schedule and criteria. It is recommended that you leverage our virtual coaching either by phone or video, so you have flexibility to have your sessions from anywhere.
Can you really help me? How do I know we are compatible?
We have had the pleasure of assisting numerous clients of various ages, backgrounds, career paths, achieve their goals. The achievement not only extend to their careers, but in their personal lives as well! I’m sure you will be no different! You will be surprised what an attentive ear, a determined spirit, accountability, and a motivated mindset can do! We are able to look and find valuable assets within you, that you can’t possibly see yourselves. Plus, after your free 20-minute compatibility session with one of our mentors or coaches, you both will then have an opportunity to make a well-rounded decision.
